The Well

For parents who seek the focus on birth and postpartum nourishment and maternal healing to help them move through this life-changing transition feeling deeply supported, seen, and whole.

  • Our prenatal sessions are where we ground the work and get to know your values, hopes, and concerns for this journey. Together we shape a support plan specific to your body, mind and psyche taking your goals into account. Each session includes personalized resources for physical discomforts, emotional support as things arise, nutrition guidance and thoughtful referrals when needed to help you feel genuinely supported and prepared as pregnancy unfolds.

  • An in-depth class that prepares you and your partner for birth. We explore the physiology of labor, comfort measures, medical options, and decision-making tools, through the lens of your unique values.

  • Unlimited access to us throughout pregnancy—we’re here for your questions, worries, and celebrations, big or small.

  • Designed to help you feel emotionally and practically ready for early postpartum. We cover newborn care, lactation, family dynamics, recovery, and how to set up your space for a nourishing transition.

  • A spacious, grounding visit to prepare for labor. We walk through your birth preferences, explore what-ifs, and equip you and your partner with tools for comfort, advocacy, and flexibility.

  • We’re on call 24/7. When labor begins, we join you in person—whether at home, birth center, or hospital—and stay by your side with hands-on comfort, guidance, and calm presence.

  • One of us will visit you within the first 24 hours to support early latch, positioning, and feeding confidence—when reassurance matters most.

  • 8-hours of night support for your first night home including lactation help, postpartum care, sleep setup, and nurturing for baby and parents.

  • Prepared safely with reverence and care, your placenta is returned to you as capsules to support postpartum healing, energy, and hormonal balance.

  • These sessions are tailored to your needs—lactation support, emotional check-ins, body care, newborn soothing, or just a moment to breathe and be nourished.

  • Home-cooked, nutrient-rich meals delivered to you postpartum. Grounded in warming, restorative ingredients to help you replenish and heal.

  • Gentle, body-centered sessions using traditional wraps that support your core, posture, and recovery after birth—offered with intention and care.

  • We remain available by phone or text for questions, concerns, and reassurance during the tender first weeks after birth. Often big challenges can be solved with little tweaks over the phone.

  • These circles are a space to share, be heard, ask questions, and connect with others in the same life season.

  • A one-on-one in-person session focused on understanding normal infant sleep patterns, soothing techniques, and ways to support your baby’s rhythm and set up optimal infant sleep hygiene.

  • Beyond sessions and timelines, you’re part of the Deep Well circle. Join monthly community gatherings and workshops where we continue to learn, share, and root into connection

    Belly Binding $975

    Three belly-binding sessions. Each session includes a sitzbath/foot soak, a gentle belly massage, expertly applied bind, and a healthy snack and tea. We provide the bind.

  • Breastfeeding support; latching support; lactation support

    lactation/ postpartum support $375

    These sessions nurture and support you, covering lactation, recovery, newborn behaviors, baby wearing, and sleep techniques.

  • Encapsulated placenta pills for postpartum recovery support

    Placenta Encapsulation $500

    This includes, dehydrated placenta pills, tincture and an umbilical cord keepsake.

    Baby's First Night Home $1,200

    8-hours of night support for your first night home including lactation help, postpartum care, sleep setup, and nurturing for baby and parents. (On-going night support $960 per 8- hour session)
