lOS aNGELES dOULA TEAM
Your values . your pace . your birth
With so many doulas in Los Angeles, how do you know who’s right for your birth?
Find a doula (or doula team) you feel aligned with. Ideally, someone who will support you in your own goals without judgment
Know that birth rarely goes exactly to plan. Choose a doula who helps you feel not just informed, but grounded and adaptable—ready to meet whatever unfolds with confidence.
Finally, your doula should feel like home—someone who gets you, and who you trust to walk beside you through one of life’s biggest transitions..
A bit more about who we are, our trainings, and our philosophy

At Deep Well, We listen, support your unique needs and goals, and remind you that you are the one guiding your birth and postpartum journey.
We would love to hear what support looks like for your family.
What our journey together may look like:
Here’s how we support you through each phase of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum:
-
Pregnancy: Supported and Connected
We’re here from the beginning, steady and present. You’ll have ongoing access to us by phone, text, or email for the big feelings, questions, concerns and the quiet in-betweens. You’re also invited into our circle: childbirth workshops and monthly gatherings that root you in knowledge, connection, and community.
-
Birth: Grounded and Informed
When labor begins, we’re right there with you—holding space, offering comfort, and bringing practical tools like positioning support, breathwork, and collaborative decision-making. Whether you’re planning a home birth, birth center birth, or birthing in a hospital, we help you stay centered in your power and in tune with your body’s deep wisdom.
-
POSTPARTUM: Nurtured and Held
With continued contact, nourishing home-cooked meals, hands-on lactation and feeding support, and belly binding, we tend to your healing and integration during the postpartum shift. Our community gatherings continue, so you stay connected as you settle into your new rhythm.
Partners! we’ve got your back too
Birth and postpartum aren’t just about the birthing person. Partners need support, presence, and care as well. We help you feel confident and prepared, offering guidance on how to support your loved one during labor, hands-on tools to stay involved, and reassurance when things feel uncertain.
In the postpartum time, we share practical tips, lactation education, and nourishing meals—so you can care for your growing family while also tending to yourself. You’re not a bystander; you’re an essential part of this journey. We’re here to support you every step of the way.
Why Community Matters
We weren’t meant to parent alone. But so many new families find themselves navigating pregnancy, birth, and postpartum in isolation—longing for connection, unsure where to find it.
At Deep Well, we believe community is essential. It softens the edges, brings perspective, and reminds us we’re not the only ones figuring this out. That’s why we hold regular gatherings, group classes, and postpartum circles—to offer a place where stories are shared, tears are welcome, and laughter is medicine.
These spaces aren’t perfect, but they’re real. And they’re growing. We hope you’ll find yourself in them.

We worked as solo doulas for many years and if we are completely honest, there were times where we were exhausted and spread too thin. Working in a team allows us to be fully and deeply present at each birth and then take some time to recharge fully before the next. It is good for our health and work-life balance, and it also benefits you, our clients because you receive a fresh doula that is fully present and not worrying about back-up, exhaustion or conflicting births.
